Email northerncompanysupply@gmail.com. Include your app version, iPhone model, and a short description of what happened. Please do not send passwords, sign-in codes, invitation codes, or private recordings.
Join a project
Ask your producer for an invitation. If a link does not open the app, open Storyteller Kit, choose “I have an invitation,” and paste the code from the message. Invitations expire after seven days; ask for a new one if needed.
Keep recordings safe
Originals are stored on the phone that recorded them. A shared preview is not a backup of the full-quality original. Before deleting the app, replacing your phone, or removing local files, export your recordings and open the exported files to check them. Keep a second copy in storage you control.
A recording has not appeared for the group
Reconnect the recording phone to the internet and open the app. Check its sharing status. A producer may need to review a submission before other members can see it. Keep the original on the recording phone while resolving an upload problem.
Export the full project
Open the project’s export screen. Original files may need to arrive from other members’ phones over Wi-Fi. Keep those phones available and follow the export status. Save the finished archive to your own storage before removing any originals or closing the project.
Purchases
Use the app’s restore option with the Apple Account used for the purchase. Contact us if access still looks wrong. Apple handles payments and refund requests: request help from Apple.
Account, access or privacy requests
Contact us from your account email for help with deletion, access, correction, or a privacy concern. We may need to verify ownership. To report inappropriate shared content, include the project and item title without attaching sensitive media. Producers can manage project access; exported copies held by others cannot be recalled.
